Operators at chemical product storage sites must hold certificates and dress as required.

Chemical products with conflicting material properties and different fire protection and protection methods shall be stored in separate warehouses or isolated piles. They shall be stacked in strict accordance with the specified stack spacing, wall spacing, top spacing and column spacing, and shall not be mixed.

Chemical products and materials shall be stored in accordance with the safety requirements for fire and explosion prevention. Explosives, Class I inflammables, wet burning articles, highly toxic articles and other dangerous chemicals shall not be stacked in the open air. They must be stored and kept in a centralized manner according to different storage, fire protection and protection requirements. The warehousing department shall make a good plan.

In the warehouse storage area, set up instruction boards indicating the performance of chemical products and fire extinguishing methods; in the warehouse storage area, set up corresponding safety measures such as ventilation, fire protection, protection, etc.; in the warehouse storage area, set up obvious fire prohibition safety signs.

The warehouseman shall carefully check the quantity and package of the articles during warehousing and delivery, and the personnel of both the issuer and the receiver (or the carrier) shall recheck the handover and sign on the delivery (delivery) list for confirmation.

The buildings storing hazardous chemicals must ensure the safe evacuation of personnel and fire separation, and the ventilation and exhaust systems are complete. Managers must be equipped with reliable personal safety protection equipment. The temperature and humidity in the warehouse shall be strictly controlled and frequently checked, and timely adjusted in case of any change.

Fireworks are prohibited in the places and areas where chemical products are stored.

When loading, unloading and transporting chemical products and materials, they shall be loaded and unloaded with care. Falling, touching, bumping, hitting, dragging, dumping and rolling are strictly prohibited.

Personnel engaged in the storage, maintenance and related operations of chemical products and materials must be familiar with the knowledge and skills of emergency handling and self and mutual rescue in emergency situations.

Warning signs and warning instructions in Chinese shall be set up at eye-catching positions of chemical product workplaces that cause serious occupational disease hazards. The warning statement shall specify the categories, consequences, prevention and emergency treatment measures of occupational disease hazards.

For chemical product workplaces where acute occupational injuries may occur, on-site first-aid supplies, flushing equipment and emergency evacuation channels shall be provided.

For operators in chemical product workplaces where occupational injuries may occur, they shall organize occupational health examinations before, during and after work, and truthfully inform the operators of the examination results.
