The site keeper shall be responsible for the start and stop of hazardous chemicals operation. Before operation, the keeper must train the site operators on risk identification, control and reduction measures, otherwise the operation shall not be started.
It is strictly prohibited to operate against rules. The keeper has the right to stop and report to the safety management personnel the "three violations" of on-site operators.
When loading and unloading dangerous goods, the operating procedures and relevant regulations must be strictly followed, and the loading and unloading tools and operating equipment must be carefully checked. After the work is completed, the substances contaminated on the tools must be removed to prevent chemical reactions caused by conflicting substances.
Items scattered on the scene shall be cleaned up in time. For wastes without use value, appropriate physical or chemical methods should be used to dispose them to ensure safety.
When loading and unloading dangerous goods, they should be handled gently to prevent collision, friction, vibration and collision. The liquid iron drum should not be unloaded by fast sliding to prevent package damage.
After loading and unloading, wash hands, face, mouth or shower in time. Do not eat, drink or smoke in the midway, and keep the site ventilated to prevent contamination of skin and mucous membrane.
Materials with conflicting properties shall not be loaded and unloaded at the same time. Thermal insulation and moisture-proof measures shall be taken when loading and unloading materials that are afraid of heat and moisture.
The keeper is not on site, and operation is strictly prohibited.
