It is not allowed to use the same vehicle to transport chemical products with conflicting performances.

The warehouse shall be delivered in strict accordance with the principle of "first in, first out".

After the loading and unloading operation is completed, the materials shall be kept clean and the site shall be cleared.

The keeper shall write the name of "one book and one signature" in the remark column of the sheet retained by the picking unit of the "Material Allocation Sheet", and hand over the "one book and one signature" to the driver. The driver can leave after reading the "one book and one signature" in detail. "One book and one signature" shall accompany the goods.

Product identification, product name, production unit, production date and product standard may not be carried out for products loaded by tank cars with difficult identification when they are out of the warehouse, but corresponding inspection reports and other confirmatory materials shall accompany the goods.

Tanks and containers used to transport hazardous chemicals must be produced by professional designated manufacturers, and can only be used after being tested and inspected as qualified. Necessary protective equipment and emergency treatment equipment must be provided for transporting hazardous chemicals. The transportation vehicles carrying chemical inflammables and explosives shall have obvious signs and be equipped with corresponding fire-fighting equipment.

If the remaining chemical materials on the production site need to be returned, the return management procedure shall be implemented, and the whole process of loading, unloading and transportation shall not cause any harm or pollution to personnel and the environment.

The transportation of hazardous chemicals must have the Filling Certificate, the Permit to Transport, the Escort Certificate and the filling record book issued by the relevant departments.

Vehicles transporting hazardous chemicals shall not be overloaded, and leakage shall be prevented during loading, unloading and transportation.

Drivers and escorts engaged in the transportation of hazardous chemicals must be trained in relevant safety knowledge, must understand the nature and hazard characteristics of the hazardous chemicals they are exposed to, master the safety knowledge of handling and transportation of the hazardous chemicals they are exposed to, and emergency measures for accidents, and can only work after passing the examination and obtaining the job qualification certificate.
